Thank you for a beautiful cosy flat, we really enjoyed it. Beautiful interior, huge beds with soft mattresses, beautiful windows, excellent bathroom, clean soft towels. Very nice little things like disposable slippers, shower gels, hairdryer, tea, coffee. In this flat we felt care and attention to guests, we will definitely come to Berlin again and stay in this room. We were left with the most favourable impressions.

Very nice apartment and location, all you could ask for really, ug station just around The corner and walking distance to alexanderplatz etc and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

We stayed in this apartment with five friends, and the experience was amazing! The location is perfect – just a one-minute walk from a u bahn station, making it super easy to get around the city. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, allowing us to prepare meals comfortably. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected, giving us plenty of space to relax after long days out. The housekeeping service was outstanding, and a huge bonus was the receptionist, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with all our questions. Highly recommended!

Excellent penthouse apartment with lots of space in a great central location. We travelled as a family of six (2 adults, 4 children age 9-15 yrs) and there were plenty of bed options using the sofa beds. The beds were comfy and the kids said the same about the sofa beds. We travelled light so was concerned that there was no washing machine, but there’s a laundry service if you need it. The only thing we would have liked, is a second shower for six of us. There are two bathrooms but one has a shower-head over the middle of a bathtub so can’t really be used in the same way. The apartment is on a busy road in a great central location but if you like the window open at night, it can be noisy. So either take earplugs, or the apartment has an air conditioning unit. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! If we were staying in Berlin again, I would definitely return and recommend to others.

Excellent location for exploring Berlin and superb variety of food choices in the local area. Apartment was smart over all and well presented, comfortable and well equipped. There was ample storage space and the apartment was kept VERY clean by the service personnel. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

its very comfort and clean highly recommended for families. the apartment is well furnturied, clean, well occupied. its located in the center very close to metro station. they only bad thing that there is no private garage!

It can be preferred because it is in the city center. The furniture in the apartment is quite new and useful. Both the rooms and the bathroom and toilet are spacious.

Everying about this property and location was amazing! Communication before we arrived was prompt and friendly. Our room was ready when we arrived just after 2pm and so we were able to check in early without a surcharge. The three bedroom apartment was great for our family of five - very spacious and comfotable. Beds were comfy, pillows amazing compared to some other expereinces we have had and despite other reviews, we didn't find it that noisy. Really nice products in the bathroom as well. The location is excellent - very easy to access Berlin Hbf by bus and tram, walking distance to Hackescher Markt, U Bahn and trams on the doorstep, many cafes, restaurants etc very close by. We love this area of Berlin and will definitely return to stay here again. Internet is fast and reliable.

The receptionists were quite polite, professional, helpful and helped with nuanced requests (i.e. instructions on how to use a a cable for internet). Room was designed by an artist. Nice to know that ARR supports local artists. Wish it was well kept (i.e. seems like things were taken from the design, sad!). Loved the velvet window shades, very luxurious look. I liked the little kitchennette, useful for ordering food to have in. The location was lively and happening, lots of really good cafes, restaurants, being in Mitte. I really like the option for both card access to the hotel but also number/digit entry into the room. The mattress was excellent and super comfortable and firm. Had a great nights rest!
